DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS? - YES!! We offer 'in store' gift cards in any denomination. At this time, they are not redeemable on our online store. If gift cards are lost or stolen then cannot be replaced.
CAN I 'PICK UP' MY ONLINE PURCHASE? - YES!! You can order through our online store and when you are in the 'check out' process you can select 'pick up in store'. We will let you know when your order is complete and ready for pick up :)
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? - All sales are final unless the product is defective. In the event there is a defect the product must be returned with all the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
CLASS/CROP REGISTRATION/CANCELLATIONS - All class registrations must be done in person or through our online store. We can't take payment over the phone or by email. Class registrations are non-refundable. If we receive 48-hours notice we will issue a store credit for the registration fee. You will be given a kit for any materials provided for the class (this may not be complete if techniques/products were provided in the classroom). Stamped images will never be provided in a kit.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? - In our physical store we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT AND CASH! Through our online store, we accept VISA OR MASTERCARD. All online payments are processed through PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account.
WHAT ARE 'KIT CLUB REWARDS'? - Kit Club Rewards is a reward program for our very popular 2-page layout kits. In our store, for every 2-page kit you purchase we will stamp a rewards card for you. After collecting 10 stamps, you will receive a $10 credit towards the purchase of your next 2-page kit. Lost cards are not replaced. If you are an online customer that has your order shipped, we will keep a card on file for you and keep track of your rewards. We will let you know when your card is full and apply the credit for you.
